Hyderabad - Major blast in company at Shadnagar kills four

At least fifteen people were injured and four people perished in Friday's explosion that shook South Glass Private Limited in Burugulla, Farooq Nagar, Shadnagar. The migrant laborers from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and odisha were the ones who died and were injured.
 
It is believed that the explosion that resulted in the enormous fire was caused by the gas pressure within the compressor boiler. The police report states that the event happened in the evening, with around 200 personnel present at the firm that manufactures and tests automotive panes that are laminated, toughened, and solar-controlled.
 

The workers regularly put the glasses into the gas chamber to evaluate their strength and durability.
 
"An appropriate system is in place to switch off the gas pressure when it reaches a certain level. But the explosion was caused by gas pressure that built up within, according to a police officer.
 
The most impacted were the employees who were in charge of the area at the time of the accident. When police and fire department representatives arrived, they started the rescue process. To combat the fire and smoke, five fire engines were dispatched to the scene.
 

About four dead were recovered from the accident scene, and fifteen people who were hurt in the fire and were unwell from the smoke were sent to a private hospital that was close by. Three of them are considered to be in critical condition.
 
Even after the fire was put out by nightfall, the teams' search continued at the location to see if any other people were still trapped inside. police in shadnagar are looking into it.
