"Kalki 2898 AD" is currently having a successful run at the box office. The Prabhas-starring movie's advance sales began on Sunday, and in just two days, more than 5 lakh tickets had been sold. With the movie earning Rs 16.22 crore, the pre-sales business appears to be strong.

The novelty value of the Nag Ashwin-directed film is strong, and the box office results reflect this. With over 2.7 lakh tickets sold in all forms combined, the telugu market is the top performer in the industry. 'Kalki 2898 AD' reported a gross business of over Rs 14.5 crore in two days from the telugu markets alone, according to a report posted on the trade website sacnilk. With a total of almost Rs 1.17 crore in two days, the hindi market—where advance bookings are opening slowly—has already overtaken all other markets as the movie's second-biggest.

With deepika Padukone, amitabh bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and disha patani in the forefront, the film has an impressive ensemble of stars. The information gathered comes from 8349 programmes around the nation. Pre-sales activity for the IMAX 2D edition is likewise growing slowly. The exceptional prominence of prabhas in the Telugu-speaking regions has guaranteed 'Kalki 2898 AD' a record-breaking opening, at least in the South market.
