Telangana cabinet decides to waive-off Rs 31,000-crore in crop loans
At a cabinet meeting conducted at the state secretariat, the decision was made. He added that a cabinet subcommittee headed by the deputy chief minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, the minister of agriculture Tummala Nageswara Rao, the chairman of the party's manifesto committee D sridhar Babu, and the minister of revenue Ponguleti srinivas Reddy had been formed to work out the details of the Rythu Bharosa crop input financial assistance scheme, including eligibility requirements.
Revanth Reddy further stated that the congress government has chosen to designate two ministers, Revenue minister Ponguleti srinivas Reddy and IT & industries minister D sridhar Babu, as the points of contact for media seeking any information in order to provide reliable information to the press and stop the spread of false information.
The media will always have access to them. From now on, they will inform the media of any decisions made by the administration. He emphasised that only the information provided by them is legitimate.
