Hyderabad saw torrential rains and thunderstorms on monday, flooding some low-lying districts with water after a brief monsoon respite and a week of increasing temperatures with sporadic showers. However, the intense rains brought much-needed respite from the oppressive heat throughout the day, which was accompanied by greater humidity levels—90% on Monday.
The india Meteorological Department – hyderabad (IMD-H) reports that the city's maximum temperature was 35.9 degrees Celsius and its lowest temperature was 26.1 degrees Celsius.

Although meteorologists confirm that the rainy season has finished, torrential downpours are not expected to continue. Rainfall is yet anticipated to occur more often than it did the week before. High temperatures and humidity are predicted over the next three days, with sporadic, strong thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.
