Crops are drying up..!? Do the Governments care.!?
-Even after years there has been no change in the lives of farmers.
-What is the assurance for the farmers in such a big political system?
-The Situation in telangana state is particularly bad.
Many people say the name of the Prime Minister who is the king of this country. But actually, the king of the country is the farmer. Even that prime minister cannot survive without his crop. Such a farmer is called a king buthe is not king in real life. Governments have been saying since the formation of the Constitution that they will make the farmer a king. The king did not make the farmer, nor did he stop the farmer from growing crops. He is growing crops and giving some rice to the country regardless of profit or loss. The rulers are failing to provide support for such farmers. During the last 60 years of rule, congress has done nothing for the farmers in telangana state. Even after the formation of a separate state, the farmers are facing many problems because they cannot get water or grow crops. Governments are changing and rulers are changing. Their assets are increasing and the farmers' muscles are melting. However, there is no situation where any single government provides water to the two crops grown by the farmer continuously. Unless it is a heavy season of rain, the farmer does not know the condition of the water otherwise. In the name of projects, the governments are making noise. They boast that their government is for farmers.
There is no record of paying attention to the farmers, except that they are collecting votes by mentioning the names of the farmers. In this, the situation of telangana state is particularly bad. At present, half of the crops planted by the farmers in the state have dried up. In the next season, there is no condition to plant actual crops. This situation has arisen due to the complete depletion of groundwater. Crores of rupees have been spent in the name of Kaleshwaram, but currently, there is no situation to give water to the second crop. It is a well-known fact that even though the governments are changing, the rulers are changing, andthere is no change in the lives of telangana farmers.
