Responding to the petition filed by her to grant her interim bail, the Rouse Avenue court dismissed the petition by refusing to grant her bail. kavitha has filed a petition to grant interim bail till the 16th of this month as her younger son has exams. The court that heard the petition reserved its verdict on april 4. Recently, the bail petition was dismissed. She had sought interim bail on the grounds of the school examinations of her minor son. She is in judicial custody after the ED remand in the excise policy case.

During arguments on Kavita's interim bail petition, the ED asked the court not to grant her bail. She said that her son has already completed 7 tests. If kavitha is granted bail, it will have a serious impact on the investigation of the case. It is said that she is a politically influential person. If interim bail is granted, there is a possibility of tampering with evidence and evidence. The court pointed out that she had threatened some people who had already become approvers. The ED sought dismissal of the interim bail petition. After considering the arguments of the ED, the court passed an order dismissing the interim bail petition. Meanwhile, ED arrested kavitha on march 15 in the delhi liquor case.
On the other hand, Kavitha's 14-day judicial custody will end on Tuesday. Recently, after being denied interim bail, she will be produced before the court on Tuesday. On the other hand, on Kavita's general bail petition, the court has already said that it will hear the arguments of both sides on the 20th of this month. Meanwhile, kavitha was arrested by the ED in hyderabad on march 15 and produced in Delhi's Rouse Avenue court on march 16. The first time was for 2 days, the second time was for 3 days. With the permission of the court, the ED took her into custody for a total of 10 days and interrogated her. kavitha was sent to tihar jail on march 26 after the court handed her over to judicial custody. The hearing on the interim bail petition was held on the 4th of this month.
