YouTuber Elvish Yadav is facing legal troubles after a case was registered against him in Gurugram, Haryana, related to an assault incident. The complaint alleges that Elvish Yadav physically assaulted and threatened to kill Sagar Thakur, a fellow content creator. The incident was captured in a video that went viral on social media.

Sagar Thakur claimed that the dispute arose from "Elvish Fan Pages" spreading hatred and propaganda against him for several months. According to Thakur, Elvish Yadav invited him for a discussion on Friday, where he and a group of individuals, reportedly drunk, assaulted and abused him. Thakur further stated that Elvish Yadav tried to injure him seriously, even attempting to break his spinal cord.


The case against Elvish Yadav has been registered under sections 147, 149, 323, and 506 of the indian Penal Code (IPC), covering charges related to rioting, unlawful assembly, voluntarily causing hurt, and criminal intimidation.
