PM Modi to visit Telangana today

From march 4 to 6, prime minister Narendra Modi will be in telangana, tamil Nadu, Odisha, West bengal, and Bihar. While there, he will cut the ribbon and launch several development projects. On march 4, the prime minister is scheduled to visit Telangana. During his visit, he would lay the foundation stone and launch several development projects valued at over Rs 56,000 crore during a public function in Adilabad. The prime minister is scheduled to visit BHAVINI in Kalpakkam, tamil Nadu, on the same day.
 

The prime minister's office states that the electricity industry would be the main focus of the initiatives. At Peddapalli, telangana, the 800 MW (Unit-2) telangana Super Thermal Power Project of NTPC will be dedicated by the prime minister. According to PMO, the project, which is based on Ultra-Supercritical Technology, would provide telangana with 85% of its electricity needs and will have the greatest power-generating efficiency of any NTPC power plant in india, at around 42%. The prime minister also placed the project's foundation stone.

The prime minister will also dedicate 660 MW (Unit-2) of the North Karanpura Super Thermal Power Project in Chatra, Jharkhand, as part of the same public program in Adilabad. Additionally, PM Modi will dedicate the STP Water to the Green Hydrogen Plant in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and the Fly Ash Based Light Weight Aggregate Plant in Sipat, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
 

In addition, the prime minister will lay the foundation stone for the following projects: the sea Water to Green Hydrogen Plant at Simhadri, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh; the Fly Ash Based FALG Aggregate Plant at Korba, Chhattisgarh; and the Singrauli Super Thermal Power Project, Stage-III (2×800 MW) in Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh.
 
In addition to laying the cornerstone for one Power Grid Corporation of india project, the prime minister will unveil seven initiatives. In Jalaun, Uttar Pradesh, he will also lay the groundwork for the 1200 MW Jalaun Ultra Mega Renewable Energy Power Park, a project of Bundelkhand Saur Urja Limited (BSUL).

In addition, the prime minister will lay the foundation stone for the following projects: the sea Water to Green Hydrogen Plant at Simhadri, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh; the Fly Ash Based FALG Aggregate Plant at Korba, Chhattisgarh; and the Singrauli Super Thermal Power Project, Stage-III (2×800 MW) in Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh.

According to the PMO, "the park will generate about 2400 million units of electricity every year." The prime minister will also officially open three Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam (SJVN) solar power plants in Jalaun and kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh.
 
The prime minister will launch and lay the foundation stone for many development projects totaling Rs 6,800 crore when he visits Sangareddy, telangana, on march 5. The prime minister will go to Chandikhole, Odisha, on the same day to launch development projects valued at Rs 19,600 crore.
 

Prime Minister Modi will visit West bengal on the third day of his tour of the five states, where he will launch projects in kolkata valued at Rs 15,400 crore. The prime minister will next depart for Bihar, where he will launch and lay the foundation stone for a number of projects in Bettiah that are estimated to be worth Rs 12,800 crore.
