In a press conference, chandrababu naidu and pawan kalyan jointly unveiled their initial slate of contenders. janasena revealed five names, while tdp revealed 94. It has been determined that janasena will run in the 24 open seats, and tdp will run in 151. In the event that it chooses to join the alliance, seat-sharing will alter somewhat. It's evident that the bjp hasn't decided yet. According to the Pressmeet, pawan kalyan appears to be more interested in forming an alliance with the bjp than Chandrababu Naidu.

In his speech, Chandrababu mentioned bjp only once and also he cautiously said ‘ వారు (PK) చెప్పినట్టు బీజేపీ కలిసొస్తే‘. But then, pawan kalyan mentioned the Saffron party 2-3 times.

He even said at the beginning of his address that the bjp supports the tdp and Janasena. pawan kalyan seems to be more enthusiastic about the partnership than Chandrababu. It's also a good thing they didn't waste any more time waiting on the bjp to join.

It is official that tdp will be contesting 151 seats while janasena will be in the fray for the remaining 24 seats in the upcoming elections. If bjp joins the seat-sharing may change a bit. tdp had announced its first list of candidates with 94 names while janasena announced five candidates. Another good sign in the candidates list is both the parties made one sacrifice each. tdp had sacrificed the tenali seat while janasena let go of the rajahmundry Rural seat.
