The delhi Police Crime Branch arrived to delhi minister Atishi's residence on sunday to serve her notice in connection with the Aam Aadmi Party's accusations that the bjp sought to poach seven AAP MLAs.
According to reports, Atishi was not there when the crew arrived at her apartment. However, the criminal branch team was waiting for the delhi minister's arrival. In the event that Atishi does not appear, the notification will most likely be sent to her Officer on Special Duty (OSD).
Later, it was revealed that Atishi, AAP leader and rajya sabha member Raghav Chaddha, and spokesperson priyanka Kakkar were in chief minister Kejriwal's house.

The development comes a day after a five-hour spectacle in which the delhi Police slapped a notice on delhi chief minister arvind kejriwal, asking him to respond within three days in an investigation into the AAP's allegations.
The Crime Branch has requested kejriwal to give the names of AAP MLAs who were allegedly contacted by the BJP.
On Friday, a scene ensued at Kejriwal's apartment in Civil Lines when the crime branch team arrived to serve him with a notice in connection with the investigation.
Kejriwal shared a video of some cops visiting his house on X, saying he sympathised with the officers assigned to serve him a notice and added, "It is their responsibility to reduce crime in delhi, but they are being forced to partake in theatrics. That is why crime has increased in Delhi."
