Google turns 25 and releases a doodle in honour!!!

The world's most popular search engine, google, turned 25 on wednesday and is commemorating the occasion with a doodle. The company has over the years featured various doodles on its birthday as part of a "walk down memory lane." The most recent one includes a GIF that changes "Google" into "G25gle" to mark the 25th anniversary. Confetti appears on the page after you click the logo.

"The Doodle for today honours Google's 25th anniversary. Birthdays can also serve as an opportunity for reflection, even though we at google are always looking to the future. Let's go back in time to discover how we were created 25 years ago, the business said in a blog post.

Google's history - Sergey Brin and Larry Page, two doctoral students at Stanford university studying computer science in the late 1990s, founded Google. The two quickly discovered that they had similar goals in mind for the World Wide Web, including making it more user-friendly. On september 4, 1998, google was established, and google Inc. was formally established on september 27, 1998. The company changed the date of the celebrations from september 4 to september 27 in order to coincide with the announcement of the record number of pages that this search engine was indexing. The company had celebrated its birthday on september 4 for the first seven years.

Sundar Pichai, who took over for Page on october 24, 2015, is the head of the global search engine at the moment. While this was happening, Page assumed the same role at Alphabet Inc. Pichai was appointed CEO of Alphabet on december 3, 2019, as well.
