On Wednesday, april 12, the management of a school in the capital of india was notified via email that a bomb threat had been made.

Following the evacuation, the bomb disposal team arrived at "The indian School" in Sadiq Nagar, South Delhi, and extensively searched the building before coming to the conclusion that the threat "appears to be a hoax". DCP Chandan Chaudhary reported that after the school was evacuated, BDS, BDT, and SWAT units thoroughly checked the school's grounds. At 10:50 am, an email bomb threat was sent to the school. All of the students were taken out. Teams for BDT and BDS were sent out. We let the Special Branch and Special Cell know. With the SWAT team, we conducted a visual search, she stated.

The police claim that after receiving the email from the school administration, the school administration promptly called the police and asked the parents to come pick up their children.

The administration informed parents in a statement that "we are having to close school early due to some unanticipated security considerations. Please arrange to pick up your child in accordance with the specifications.Front gate users of self-pickup and back gate vans. Tomorrow, classes will start as usual.

According to the authorities, the school was shut down out of an abundance of caution. A sizable group of parents were seen frantically awaiting the arrival of their children on the video taken from outside the school's gate. One of the parents added, "We received a message from the school asking us to pick up our children," one of the parents continued.
