Jana Sena to contest in limited number of seats?

Pawan Kalyan, the leader of the Jana Sena party and a popular figure, may be pleading with voters to vote for his party in the next assembly elections in andhra pradesh so he may take the helm of the state. However, sources close to the party claim that instead of running candidates in a wide number of constituencies, Pawan is considering limiting his party to just a small number of seats where it has a solid support base and better chances of winning.
These sources claim that Pawan would probably run candidates in the roughly 40 assembly seats where his party is strong since he wants the party to win at least 30 seats. According to a source, "instead of putting all of the eggs in one basket," he wants the party to have an impact on the populace even with a small number of seats. He claimed there was no use in running for every seat if you were only going to take home a few.
Pawan believes that winning a few seats is not tough if he can concentrate on them. Second, he is aware that it is impossible to fill every position with qualified applicants. The party would receive a negative reputation if they were to lose, the person claimed. In order to negotiate for just 40 seats, the Jana Sena leader prefers to have an electoral agreement with the telugu Desam Party. "Pawan is very clear about the seats his party should request as a component of the partnership. For the sake of an alliance, there is no purpose in running for seats where the odds of winning are slim, the person said.
