According to this, 2% of passengers coming from foreign countries will be screened at the airport. Currently, passengers entering the airport must have two corona vaccinations. Otherwise, it is advised to have a corona-free certificate. It is also said that only people wearing masks will be allowed inside the airport.
Earlier, a consultation meeting was held yesterday under the leadership of chief minister M. K. stalin regarding the prevention of the corona virus in tamil Nadu. Also, a consultation meeting will be held this afternoon under the chairmanship of Union health minister Mansukh Mandaviya. Therefore, announcements regarding additional security and preventive measures are expected.
