Everyone dreams of leaving the theater of jaipur city and getting involved in the film industry of Mumbai. Some dreams come true and some give up hope before they can be fulfilled. Something similar happened to lokesh Verma, the artist of the city and now working in web series-films. lokesh told that when he was in 11th class, he had read the news in rajasthan Patrika for acting workshop at Rabindra Manch. After that he learned the nuances of acting under the direction of theater artist Sabir Khan. After doing the workshop, he did his first play 'Dudha'. In search of the destination, he kept working continuously and kept moving forward. He moved to mumbai for the first time in 2008 and struggled to get roles for a few months. Frustrated by not being able to fit himself in the environment, he came to Pawas jaipur and took up street plays and plays.
This is how I got my first break
He also worked as an assistant director in sunil Agnihotri's serial 'Kahaani chandramukhi Ki'. In 2011, I helped with the production for the casting of the film chalo Dilli. Pleased with this, I too gave him the role of Billu in the film. After that I had to go to mumbai once again. For four-five months, he again beat his hands and feet here but the matter did not work out. I am back again. After this, in 2016, at the behest of my wife, I went back to make one last attempt. This time I changed my name from lokesh to nickname Titu as my stage name on the advice of an expert in numerology. A miracle happened and I got my first film in 2018, 'Turtle', which also won the National Award (in the Rajasthani category) for that year. After that tv serials, web series, films and ads started getting available. I am in the tv shows 'Tere Ishq Mein Marjawan', 'Goodbye' with amitabh bachchan, 'With Naseeruddin Shah'
Will be seen in these films
Lokesh said that Avtesh Srivastava, son of late music director Aadesh Srivastava, will soon debut with 'Sirf Ek Friday'. lokesh is playing an important role in this film. Pictures are made from wasted lakhs, Rajasthani culture is being realized
in Jaipur. You must have heard about lac bangles, but the city's artist Draupadi meena knows the skill of molding this lac into beautiful pictures.
