India to Get Its First Hydrogen Train: Coaches, Key Features, and More

India is set to enter the hydrogen era of railways as indian Railways plans to launch its first hydrogen-powered train. Moving beyond coal, diesel, and electricity, hydrogen fuel promises a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable mode of rail transport. The inaugural train is expected to run on the Jind-Sonipat route in Haryana.
