· ½ tsp baking powder

· ¼ tsp baking soda

· ¼ tsp salt

· ¼ cup coconut sugar or brown sugar

Wet Ingredients:

· ½ cup unsweetened oat milk (or any milk of choice)

· 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or unsalted butter

· 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Toppings:

1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.

2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

3. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients gently. Do not overmix; a slightly lumpy batter is okay.

· Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

· Lightly grease a mini muffin pan or donut hole pan.

· Spoon 1–2 tsp batter into each cavity.

3. Bake

· Bake for 10–12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

· Let them cool slightly before removing from the pan.

4. Optional Coating

· Roll warm donut holes in cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or chopped nuts for added flavor.

5. Serve & Enjoy

· Serve warm with tea, coffee, or as a guilt-minimized chocolate treat.

Tips for Perfect chocolate Donut Holes

· Use a mini muffin pan for uniform, bite-data-sized donut holes.

· Don’t overbake; they should be soft and cake-like.

· For vegan or lower-fat versions, substitute the egg with a flax egg and butter with coconut oil.

· Add chocolate chips to the batter for an extra chocolatey bite.

Health Benefits

· Cocoa Powder: Rich in antioxidants, supports heart health, and boosts mood.
