The sealed package contained only a folded cloth simply. Martin Holmes was very displeased to see that there was no chicken meal in it. After this, his wife contacted the McDonald's customer service officer and complained. Information was immediately sent to the manager of the McDonald's branch who delivered the food.
The manager immediately contacted Martin Holmes and negotiated an apology and free food as compensation, but Martin did not want to take it easy. He couldn't bear his son's disappointment when he eagerly opened the food packet to find a rag inside. he could not believe that such an event would happen. It was someone in the kitchen who told him to take away the food in this food packet and replace it with a cloth.
Although McDonald's apologized for the act, Martin reported the matter to the Department of Health, which offered free meals as compensation. As a result of this complaint, McDonald's has taken swift action to track down the concerned kitchen worker and said that he has been dismissed.This may be a unique incident that happened to them.
