99% of Omicron patients are cured in seven days?

The new variant Omicron has led to a rapid increase in the number of coronavirus patients in many states. So once again the anxiety has increased. Even in this situation, there is a relief report. Ninety-nine percent of the country's Omicron patients are recovering in a week. Symptoms of corona have been shown to be mild, even in infected people. The study was conducted at Lok nayak Hospital in Delhi.

Dr. suresh Kumar, Medical Director, Lok nayak Hospital, said that the report of RTPCR test of Omicron patients has been negative for a week. So far, 99 percent of the patients admitted to the hospital have recovered and returned home in seven days. There was only one infected person who had to be hospitalized for 10 days. This patient had TB. So it took him a little longer to recover.

Omicron spreads very fast, but it does not stay in the body for long, according to the study of patients so far. Compared to Delta, it took 10 days for infected people in Delta to recover. There are also many patients whose reports did not come back negative even after a month. But so far no serious symptoms have been reported in those who have been infected with omicron. Studies on these patients have revealed this. The patient did not need oxygen. So far, none of the Omicron patients have needed oxygen, all of them had flu-like symptoms. A common problem in these patients was fatigue and sore throat. The heat subsides in two to three days. Omicron is much softer than Delta.

Dr. According to suresh, almost all the patients admitted to the hospital have been fully vaccinated. Probably a factor as to why they're doing so poorly. That is why those who have not yet been vaccinated or are delaying taking the second dose after taking the first dose are being urged to get vaccinated.

Although mild symptoms appear in omicron patients, it is important to take care of ourselves as per the government instructions. The situation could get out of hand if even one percent of the country's population had to be hospitalized. For this, it is necessary to follow the rules of Covid.
