Google Pixel 9 With Tensor G4 Spotted In Benchmarks, Report Reveals Its Scores
A report states that the google Pixel 9 has been spotted in the Geekbench 5 benchmark database.

A new google smartphone that went by the code name 'Tokay' was identified in the Geekbench 5 benchmark database, as per a recent report by MySmartPrice. This device, reportedly is the upcoming and much-awaited Pixel 9 which will feature a new chipset, potentially the Tensor G4, which is Google’s fourth-generation chipset. According to the MySmartPrice report, this device achieved a score of 1082 points in the single-core benchmark and 3121 points in the multi-core score. However, the report highlights that these scores are slightly lower than those of the current flagships such as the google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro.This might be surprising for some and might be disappointing for some.
Benchmark Reading Revelations
Apart from the aforementioned, the benchmark readings also provide additional insights, such as regarding the chipset which is an octa-core processor. The prime core operates at 3.10 GHz, three cores run at 2.60 GHz, and four cores function at 1.95 GHz. Additionally, this device is equipped with a mali G715 GPU and 8GB of RAM.Without having any concrete details about the device, it becomes challenging to predict the ultimate performance of the upcoming Tensor G4. Further information is expected to come in the next few months. There is a usual trend for google unveiling initial details about its upcoming Pixel phones at the google I/O event, however, whether it will occur this year or not remains uncertain.
The new foldable smartphone might feature a narrower cover display as compared to the current Pixel Fold. The overall inner display’s aspect ratio of the smartphone may resemble a square, reminiscent of the OnePlus Open.
