Aadhaar verification: The unique identification authority of india (UIDAI), which issues Aadhaar cards to indian citizens, has made two verification methods available to verify Aadhaar cards. The 12-digit Aadhaar card, which is one of the important identity documents of indian citizens, is required for all types of applications. The government is advising linking the Aadhaar card with various essential needs like bank accounts, PAN cards, electricity connection, gas, etc. In this day and age, an Aadhaar card acts as the primary identification for many important services, from getting a SIM card to opening a bank account. Aadhaar is primarily used for many services but also includes other personal information like a fingerprint, iris, phone number, address, date of birth, etc.

To verify your Aadhaar card online, visit the official website of UITAI and go to the 'My Aadhaar' section. After that select "Verification and Aadhaar Number" under 'Services' and then enter your Aadhaar number and captcha and click on "Verify Aadhaar".
