We have already seen that businessman Elon Musk has threatened that he will drop the deal to buy twitter if it does not provide full details of the fake accounts.
It has been reported that twitter is in talks with its shareholders to break the sales agreement between Elon Musk and Twitter. Leading businessman Elon Musk has decided to buy twitter for $ 44 billion. It was said that there were many fake accounts on Twitter. Elon Musk said that there was around 20 to 50 percent of fake accounts and also those are about to be disabled.
But twitter said that only less than 5 percent had fake accounts denying the allegations. Following this, it has been reported that twitter is currently in the process of holding a referendum to break the deal with its shareholders to sell the company to Elon Musk.
Twitter CEO Parag Agarwal tweeted last month that he did not believe the calculation of 'fake and spam's could be done outside the company and that there was some personal information that could not be shared on Twitter.
Vijaya Gadde, Twitter's top lawyer, said that the company expects to hold a shareholding vote on the Musk deal in late July or early August. Can twitter be sold to Musk after this poll? Or not? The decision will be made by the twitter administration.
