The shooting is now stalled due to the corona virus pandemic.
However, now it looks like the actor will work on yet another project, which will be directed by gautham Vasudev Menon. According to latest reports, the Varanam Aaayiram director recently met kamal haasan at his office and discussed the possibilities of collaborating with him for Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu sequel.
Now, a leading tamil daily has confirmed that the team has confirmed kajal aggarwal as the female lead and sonu sood as the villain of the movie. The sequel to the 2006 blockbuster will only begin in 2021 after Kamal wraps 'Indian 2'. The sequel will be funded by Vels Film international banner.
