The ICC has taken action against Travis Head and Siraj, who were involved in a clash in the second Test match between india and Australia. After india won the first Test match, the second Test match was played as a day-night match in Adelaide. The indian team was bowled out for 180 runs in the first innings, while the Australian team scored 337 runs in its first innings. In this, the Australian team's star player Travis Head scored an amazing 140 runs. With this, the Australian team achieved the simple target of winning by 19 runs after the indian team was bowled out for 175 runs in the second innings. In this situation, there was a complaint that mohammed siraj had scolded him when he scored a century and lost the match.
But Siraj had accused Head of causing a ruckus. In this situation, action was expected to be taken against both of them. Australian players were insisting that Siraj should be banned. In this context, Siraj and Travis Head have been fined 20 percent of their match fees for violating the ICC Code of Conduct. In addition, both have been given one demerit point each. If 3 or 4 demerit points are given in 24 months, there is a possibility of a Test or two t20 ODI ban. In this situation, the ICC has announced that both of them have admitted their mistake. Meanwhile, the third Test match between india and australia will be held in brisbane on the 14th.
