BCCI has given the gift of hosting an international match to gwalior of madhya pradesh after a long wait of 14 years. This match between india and bangladesh will be played at Shrimant Madhavraj Scindia cricket Stadium in Gwalior. Earlier this match was to be played in Dharamshala, but in view of the renovation work of the stadium there, the match will now be played in gwalior on 6 October.

Speaking about the preparations for the match at Madhavraj Scindia cricket Stadium, Mahaaryaman said, "At present, full preparations have started. Work is going on on parking and security. Soon it will be known what arrangements are going to be made." It is worth noting that Bangladesh's tour of india is going to start with a two-Test match series between india and bangladesh from september 19. The t20 series will start on october 6 in gwalior itself. This is a three-match t20 series.
