Virat Kohli's mental fitness comes from Yoga
Now, Virat Kohli who recently spoke to the media said, as a player, he has to be fit both physically and mentally and his mental fitness comes from Yoga. He also said that Yoga has always been a part of his work out as it allows him to focus on his thoughts.
