Japan, South Korea & China to invest in AP’s coast?

According to the latest reports, Andhra Pradesh CM and TDP boss Chandrababu Naidu will be reportedly embarking on an ambitious trip to Japan, South Korea followed by China any time after November. The objective of this is to draw investments. Sources say that after PM Modi’s recent visit to Japan and Chinese president to India and South Korea’s reputation as electronics hub coupled with Singapore’s offer to AP to develop its capital, Naidu sees potential investment opportunities. There are even reports that the ambassadors of all these countries in India have already spoken to AP CM Chandrababu Naidu and promised help. China is reportedly keen on investing in bullet train project on Vizag-Vijayawada-Tirupathi-Chennai corridor. AP government is very much focusing on these big projects and it has to be seen whether this can indeed materialize. Going by the experience and credentials of Chandrababu, this looks quite possible and the experts say he is employing the right strategy.
