Soumendu Adhikari alleges conspiracy to mislead the public
Kanthi lok sabha mp Soumendu Adhikari alleged that the chief minister deliberately shared a video that is false and inflammatory. He says that this is a well-planned conspiracy to tarnish the image of the delhi police, mislead the public, and spread communal hatred. He wrote in the complaint, "This video is an attempt to weaken the constitutional structure and social harmony of India. On Monday, senior delhi police officer abhishek Dhania clarified that the entire story of the viral video on social media is baseless. He said that the woman concerned, Sanjanu Parveen, has confessed that she made this video at the behest of her relative, who is a political worker in Malda district of West Bengal.Delhi police claimed that the allegations are false on the basis of CCTV footage, local intelligence, and technical evidence. The woman allegedly said that she was taken to a deserted place and beaten up and extorted Rs 25,000, but no evidence of these claims was found.
