A sessions court in Nashik, which has suspended his sentence, will pronounce its verdict on Kokate's plea to stay the magistrate's order on march 5. Munde is under fire from the opposition after the arrest of his close aide Valmik Karad in an extortion case linked to the murder of Beed sarpanch Santosh Deshmukh.
