Many investors from the country and abroad are continuously investing in noida adjacent to the capital Delhi. In view of this, noida Authority has planned to build a new industrial hub. Under New noida, the scope of the city will now increase to Bulandshahr-Dadri. The process of acquiring land for the 6 new industrial sectors that the authority is thinking of building will start from January. In Sector-163 and-166, the work of land acquisition has already progressed by 40 percent.

The work of New noida will be completed in four phases

The new noida which is being prepared to be settled near Dadri in gautam Buddha nagar will be named Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad-Investment-Region (DNGIR). New noida will be settled in 209.5 square kilometers i.e. 20 thousand 911.29 hectares. This will include about 25 to 30 hectares of land of four villages Mohiyapur, Gulauli, Dostpur Mangaroli and Nalgarha. The work of New noida will be completed in four phases. Work will be completed on 3165 hectares by 2027 and 3798 hectares from 2027 to 2032.

Peripheral Expressway will also be built

During this time, land is being purchased at the rate of about Rs 5,300 per square foot. New noida will be built by combining 20 villages of gautam Buddha nagar and 60 villages of secunderabad tehsil of Bulandshahr. Not only this, the peripheral expressway is also to be constructed around 20 villages on the instructions of chief minister Yogi Adityanath. For this, the consent of the farmers is being taken.

However, the authority may data-face difficulties in this work of land acquisition because despite being notified, warehouses are being built on the land of most of the villages of Dadri tehsil. Let us tell you that New noida is to be developed along the Noida-Greater noida Expressway, whose population will be around 6 lakhs. From IT-ITES hub to government offices, private institutions, hospitals, gas stations will also be developed in New noida, which will also increase employment.
