Before New Year, winter intensifies in Delhi!

The maximum temperature in the national capital delhi was recorded at 18 degrees Celsius, which is two degrees less than the normal temperature of this season. The india Meteorological Department (IMD) gave this information. Giving information, the Meteorological Department said that the minimum temperature in delhi on sunday (December 29) was recorded at 13 degrees Celsius, which was six degrees more than the average temperature of this month. The Meteorological Department has predicted dense fog in the capital on monday (December 30). The department has said that the maximum and minimum temperatures in delhi on monday are expected to be around 18 and 6 degrees Celsius respectively.

The 24-hour air Quality Index (AQI) in delhi at 4 pm on sunday was recorded at 225, which falls in the 'poor' category, while the AQI in the capital on saturday was recorded in the 'moderate' category. Out of 28 monitoring stations in delhi, anand vihar, Sirifort and Vivek vihar recorded AQI above 300, which falls in the 'very poor' category. According to the Meteorological Department, the AQI reached 230 at 9 am on sunday (December 29). Earlier on saturday, the 24-hour AQI was recorded at 135 at 4 pm, which was in the 'moderate' category.

What was the humidity level in delhi during the day?

According to the sameer app, the air quality index at the remaining stations was recorded in the 'moderate' and 'poor' category. The AQI is considered 'good' between zero and 50, 'satisfactory' between 51 and 100, 'moderate' between 101 and 200, 'poor' between 201 and 300, 'very poor' between 301 and 400 and 'severe' between 401 and 500. The humidity level in delhi ranged between 96 per cent and 91 per cent during the day. The humidity was 95 per cent at 8.30 am on Sunday.
