3 smugglers arrested with 'black gold' worth Rs 1.5 crore!

In view of the new year, the round of celebrations has started across the country including delhi, which will be at its peak on New Year's Eve i.e. on the night of 31 December. Drug dealers have also started bringing consignments of drugs to delhi for big money. But the police is also keeping a close watch on the drug dealers along with maintaining law and order. The Crime Branch of delhi police has achieved great success in exposing a big gang of drug smugglers along with seizing a huge consignment of drugs.

3 smugglers arrested with Malana cream worth Rs 1.5 crore

The Crime Branch of the police has exposed the gang of interstate drug smugglers and not only arrested its three members, but also recovered three and a half kilograms of fine quality Malana cream, which is called hashish, from them. The price of the recovered drugs is being said to be around Rs 1.5 crore according to the international market. This drug was to be used in rave parties on the New Year celebrations.

Special campaign in view of the use of drugs in rave parties

Additional CP Sanjay Bhatia said, "In view of the use of drugs in rave parties during the celebrations organized on the occasion of New Year, the team under the guidance of DCP Bhishma Singh has achieved great success in the action taken against drug smugglers under a special campaign. The drugs were to be supplied in rave parties on New Year but before the supply, the police caught the accused with the drugs.

Crime Branch nabs 3 smugglers from Himachal

Additional CP said that the Crime Branch teams have conducted operations at two different places and arrested a total of 3 accused, who have been identified as Govind, Ghanshyam and Budhram. All of them are residents of Kullu in Himachal Pradesh. Govind and Ghanshyam work as laborers, while Budhram is a truck driver. With their arrest, the police has busted an interstate network active in the areas of himachal pradesh and Delhi. 3.5 kg of hashish, known as Malana Cream, was recovered from them.
