Reportedly the police has registered a case and started investigation on the rape charges leveled by an IIT student against ACP Mohsin Khan posted in kanpur police Commissionerate, but now Hindu organizations are calling this case a form of jihadi mentality, the love angle of ACP Mohsin Khan posted in collector Ganj area in kanpur with the student is now being considered love jihad and due to the love Jihad law by the state government, the demand to arrest the accused officer Mohsin Khan through legal proceedings and send him to jail is becoming vocal.

Perhaps in the case registered in kanpur due to the rape charges against the police officer, now a ruckus was created in the kanpur police Commissionerate office by krishna Tiwari, the provincial convener of the Hindu organization Bajrang Dal. Amidst sloganeering, the Hindu organization raised its voice and surrounded the police headquarters demanding the arrest of the accused ACP Mohsin Khan and sending him to jail and submitted a memorandum. krishna Tiwari alleged that this special class may take up any responsibility, whether it is an administrative post or a high post in the police, their mentality remains jihadi everywhere. They are always on the lookout, jihad is associated with everything they do. Due to which ACP Mohsin Khan posted in kanpur police Commissionerate also had the same mentality, the officers who are responsible for the protection of the public have become predators.

Moreover on the other hand, all the officials of the Hindu organization reached the office of the police officers and gave a memorandum against the accused officer and also raised slogans. The Hindu organization says that the chief minister of the state yogi Adithyanath should take cognizance of this matter and the high officials of the city police and administration should first arrest the officer in a case like rape and then get justice for the girl student through legal means.
