Accused Nisha and Anurag produced in the court and sent to judicial custody
Perhaps in Atul Subhash suicide case, his wife Nikita Singhania along with mother nisha Singhania and brother Anurag Singhania have been arrested. But Prayagraj police has made a big claim after this arrest. Prayagraj police has said that Bengaluru police did not make any kind of contact with Prayagraj police.
Meanwhile after the arrest, both the accused were neither produced in the court of Prayagraj nor brought to any police station. Bengaluru police did not even make transit demand of the accused in Prayagraj. Bengaluru police has not given any information to Prayagraj police. Prayagraj police Commissioner and DCP City have shared this information with the media. It is suspected that nisha Singhania and Anurag Singhania were arrested when they came to allahabad High court on thursday to sign the papers related to the anticipatory bail application. However, according to the information, both the accused had completed all the formalities to file an application in allahabad High Court.
Moreover an application for anticipatory bail has also been filed by the accused in allahabad High Court. However, out of the four accused who had filed an application for anticipatory bail, three have been arrested. It is suspected that Bengaluru police had arrested nisha and Anurag from Prayagraj two days before. The arrest was shown on the papers on Saturday. Nikita was traced and arrested with the help of mother nisha and brother Anurag's phone. The arrest of the three accused has been shown only after Nikita's arrest. After the arrest, the police said that accused Nikita Singhania has been arrested from Gurugram, Haryana. Accused nisha Singhania and Anurag Singhania were arrested from Prayagraj and produced in the court and sent to judicial custody.
