Reportedly keeping in mind the delhi assembly elections 2025, on monday (December 9, 2024), the aam aadmi party also released the second list of candidates. In the second list, the names of the candidates have been announced on 20 seats. Immediately after the release of the list by the party, former deputy cm manish Sisodia has also given his reaction. Former delhi deputy cm manish Sisodia has expressed gratitude to Aam Aadmi Party's National Convenor and former cm arvind kejriwal for making him the party's candidate from Jangpura assembly seat.
Meanwhile he has written on his ex post that arvind kejriwal has given me the responsibility of contesting elections from Jangpura by showing faith in me. I consider myself a teacher, not a politician. Patparganj is not just an assembly constituency for me, but the heart of the education revolution in Delhi. When Avadh Ojha joined the party and there was a demand to field him in the elections, all I could think was that there cannot be a better seat for a teacher than Patparganj. On handing over the responsibility of electoral victory to another teacher from Patparganj, manish Sisodia said that he is happy with this. I am now ready to work with everyone in Jangpura to do the same work that I did in Patparganj for the last 11 years for the safety, service and development of everyone.
For me, politics is not a means of power, but a means of education, honesty and public good. From Patparganj to Jangpura, my resolve is firm. My aim is to make delhi even better. Your trust is my strength. jai Hind! In fact, aam aadmi party candidate manish Sisodia was elected mla from Patparganj thrice. In 2013, he defeated bjp candidates by 11 thousand votes, in 2015 by 28 thousand votes and in 2020 by 3500 votes.
