Central Councilor accepted the demand of the candidates

Reportedly the candidates agitating against the Central Selection Board have been given a big relief. The councilor has now decided that the EWS certificate, on the basis of which these people were agitating. No one will be disqualified on the basis of that certificate. The Central Councilor said on wednesday that a letter has been written to the Equal Administration Department in the whole matter and further information and further order has been sought.

Meanwhile the Central Councilor has said that whichever candidate will participate in the race program, he can participate on the basis of the certificate he brings, but he will not be held a commission, this big relief has been given. It has been said in the notification that the Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment) has scheduled the program of Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Document Verification under the subject advertisement from 09.12.2024. In clause 17 of the previously published advertisement, the cut-off date of (NCL) related to the candidates of bc and EBC reservation category and the validity period and cut-off date of the certificate of the candidates of EWS reservation category are not mentioned, hence the General Administration Department has been instructed to guide on the cut-off date etc. for these certificates.

Moreover in the notification, all the candidates have been informed that in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Document Verification to be conducted from 09.12.2024, the candidates of the said reservation category will not be declared ineligible/unsuccessful on the basis of the validity period or issue date of the said certificates. The decision on this will be taken in the light of the direction received from the department. Decisions on the remaining points will be as per the advertisement and previously published information.
