Questions raised on giving private ward to Gayatri Prajapati in hospital
Reportedly former minister gayatri Prajapati, who is serving a life sentence in a rape case, fell ill and was admitted to the hospital. On Tuesday, 3 December, he complained of dizziness along with high blood pressure and sugar, after which he was immediately taken to Balrampur Hospital, where he is undergoing treatment. gayatri Prajapati has been admitted to room number 15 of the New Private Ward of Balrampur Hospital. He is being treated under the supervision of a team of doctors including senior physician vishnu of the hospital. His condition is said to be stable. Doctors of the hospital say that his health is being monitored and if needed, he can be referred to a bigger hospital.
Meanwhile amid gayatri Prajapati's deteriorating health, questions are being raised about giving him a private ward. It is being said that on what basis he has been allotted a private ward in the hospital even after being convicted. However, a statement has also come from the hospital on this. Hospital director Dr Sushil Prakash said that gayatri Prajapati has previously been a minister in the UP government and for security reasons, he has been given a private room.
