BJP started preparations for assembly elections in Delhi!
bjp has started preparations for delhi assembly elections. In view of this, on tuesday (October 15), the party appointed odisha mp Baijayant Panda as in-charge and Atul Garg as co-in-charge. Garg is an mp from Ghaziabad. Panda had earlier also handled organizational responsibilities for Delhi. Now he has been appointed in-charge again before the elections. It is believed that his appointment as election in-charge will help bjp in the national capital.

delhi assembly elections are expected to be held early next year. Here the bharatiya janata party (BJP) has not been in power since 1998 and is making all efforts to defeat aam aadmi party leader and former chief minister Arvind Kejriwal. arvind kejriwal recently resigned from the post of chief minister after being released from jail and decided to go to the public court. In his place, AAP elected Atishi as the leader of the legislative party and she became the Chief Minister.

In the delhi assembly elections, the aam aadmi party (AAP) won 62 seats and the bjp won 8 seats.
Who is Baijayant Panda?
Panda, who was an mp from Kendrapara constituency on a ticket of naveen Patnaik's party BJD, was suspended on 24 january 2018 on charges of anti-party activities. He then resigned from the BJD on 28 May 2018. He alleged that a conspiracy was hatched against him. After this, he joined the bjp on 4 march 2019. Atul Garg has been an mla from ghaziabad seat from 2017 to 2024. After this, the party made him a candidate from ghaziabad Lok Sabha seat and he won.
