Former mp st Hasan welcomed the decision of the SC!!!

The supreme court has banned bulldozer action across the country. On this order of the supreme court, former mp and Samajwadi party leader Dr. S. T. Hasan said that I welcome the order of the supreme Court. Today the supreme court has worked to save the Constitution, I thank the supreme court for this. He said that, the bulldozer action was being done mostly against Muslims. The governments running bulldozers should learn a lesson from this. This is a democracy, there is no monarchy here that the king's word becomes the constitution. Throw anyone you want in front of hungry lions and make people eat children in a mill or get them crushed by the feet of an elephant. Here in the country there is a Constitution, the judiciary has the authority to punish or hang someone. The executive cannot punish itself. Today the supreme court has worked to save baba Saheb Ambedkar's constitution, this will strengthen the public's faith in democracy.

Bulldozer governments should learn a lesson - st Hasan

The SP leader said, 'I have been saying for a long time that where are the courts, why can the executive punish someone? This is the work of the courts. Today the court has given its verdict, why has our government started doing the work of hanging someone or demolishing someone's house or demolishing someone's building. people of a particular religion, especially Muslims, used to feel that mostly bulldozer action is being taken against Muslims.'

The SP leader said, we all hope that the way the supreme court has banned bulldozers, similarly, if their attention is drawn to the fake encounters that our police is doing for their promotion and if it is investigated, then the constitution, law and democracy will be protected in the country. We fully respect the supreme Court. We have respected the supreme court even in the biggest cases. Bulldozer governments should learn a lesson from this decision of the supreme Court.
