Pawan Khera said, "We will provide additional financial assistance of Rs 4,000 every year to landless, jotedar and land-owner farmer families. We will also arrange for a 99-year lease for landless farmers cultivating government land." Pawan Khera said that a fund of Rs 2,500 crore will be set up for all district level irrigation projects to ensure 100 percent irrigation for farmers in Jammu and Kashmir. The party has promised to give unemployment allowance up to Rs 3,500 per month for one year to eligible youth of Jammu and Kashmir. The party has also promised to fill one lakh vacant government posts by releasing a recruitment calendar within 30 days.

It also promises to restart the scheme of allocating 30 percent of contracts related to construction work to groups of unemployed engineers.
