Let us tell you that in the cbi case of delhi Excise Policy, the supreme court has granted bail to arvind kejriwal on a bond of Rs 10 lakh and two bail amounts. Commenting in its decision, the bench also said that the arrest of the appellant was not illegal and there does not appear to be any obstacle in arresting such a person for the purpose of investigation. The apex court has issued a direction to kejriwal not to make any public comment regarding the case.
