A three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was inked by Udhayanidhi stalin, the minister of youth Welfare and sports Development for tamil Nadu, and RPPL. The chennai Formula Racing Circuit is 3.5 kilometers in length, with 19 bends and an anticlockwise layout.
