Jogi Ramesh Unlawfully Occupied Agrigold Lands?
Through a series of dubious measures, jogi ramesh has unlawfully taken the lands affiliated with Agrigold. He gave the land to his son and uncle by changing the survey number, and he even built a wall around the area. The police received complaints from the legitimate owners, but Jogi Ramesh's strong relationship to former chief minister Y.S. jagan Mohan reddy prevented any inquiry from being started. In the vijayawada Rural Mandal's Ambapuram village, Re survey No. 87 is owned by Avva Venkata Seshunarayana Rao and his family.
As co-owners of the agrigold Company, the government seized 2,293.05 square yards of their land as part of the agrigold lawsuit. But YSRCP leaders went after these seized estates, carrying out a well thought-out plot to take them. Under Resurvey No. 88, the former minister's son Jogi rajeev bought 1,074 square yards in Ambapuram in 2022, while his grandpa Jogi Venkateswara Rao bought 1,086 square yards from a person named Polavarapu Muralimohan.
Within a month, despite the records plainly stating Resurvey No. 88, they requested a correction, arguing that the survey number had been entered mistakenly and should have been 87. Without conducting a thorough inquiry, authorities changed the survey number since jogi ramesh was a minister at the time. In May 2023, the unlawfully obtained land was subsequently sold to Padigapati chaitanya Reddy's family, who are members of the YSRCP. It seems that a revenue report highlighting these discrepancies served as the impetus for the ACB's recent raid on the house of former minister Jogi Ramesh.
Jogi Ramesh is accused of manipulating the registration department through coercion, evading the required revenue processes. Additionally, it has been stated that the agrigold management put pressure on the police to dismiss accusations. There have been multiple dubious land transactions involving Jogi's family revealed since the coalition administration took office. Jogi's land-grabbing operations have resulted in the scapegoating of four government officials.
