He said that the CISF woman constable who allegedly slapped actress kangana ranaut may have been angry with the newly elected bjp MP's previous statements on the farmers' movement.

CM bhagwant mann also targeted kangana ranaut over her remarks on terrorism. However, he said that this incident should not have happened. This was the first reaction of the punjab Chief minister on kangana being allegedly slapped by CISF woman constable Kulwinder Kaur at chandigarh airport last week.

Responding to a question on the slapping incident, Mann said, see, she was angry. kangana had said such a thing earlier as well. Somewhere there was anger in the heart of that female CISF constable. This incident should not have happened like this.

CM targets kangana over comment on terrorism

CM Mann further said, "Whether it is a film actor or an mp, it is wrong to say that the whole of punjab is a terrorist state and there is terrorism in the state." He recalled Punjab's contribution in the country's freedom struggle and also said that it feeds the country. On every issue you say that these are terrorists and separatists. When farmers protest, they are called terrorists. This is wrong.
