Voting being held on 3 seats, know - who is challenging whom?Under the fifth phase of lok sabha elections, voting is being held on monday in three seats of jharkhand, Chatra, Koderma and Hazaribagh. Apart from this, voting is also being conducted under the by-election on Gandey assembly seat. Kalpana Soren, wife of former cm Hemant Soren, is contesting on this seat. Amidst tight security, more than 58.22 lakh voters will exercise their franchise. The number of women voters in this phase is 28.29 lakh.54 candidates are in the fray for three lok sabha seats, while there is a contest between 11 candidates in the Gandey by-election. Out of 54 candidates, maximum 22 candidates are contesting from Chatra, while 15 candidates are in the fray in Koderma and 17 in Hazaribagh. On the other hand, according to jharkhand Election Officer, 6,705 polling stations have been set up in three parliamentary constituencies. Webcasting facility has also been made available at all polling stations. Responsibility of 73 polling centers has been given to women, responsibility of 13 centers has been given to disabled employees and responsibility of 13 centers has been given to youth employees.There is competition between these partiesThere is a contest on these three seats of jharkhand between the ruling alliance and the opposition BJP. bjp leader annapurna Devi and CPI-ML's Vinod Singh are data-face to data-face in Koderma seat. annapurna Devi is currently the outgoing MP. Vinod Singh is MLA. There is a direct fight between BJP's manish Jaiswal and Congress's jai Prakash Bhai patel on Hazaribagh seat. jai Prakash patel has come to congress from BJP.Dilip Kumar Verma is in front of KalpanaJaiswal is mla from Hazaribagh assembly seat, while jai Prakash is mla from Mandu assembly constituency. In Chatra, BJP's Kalicharan Singh is contesting against Congress's KN Tripathi. Whereas on Gandey seat, bjp has fielded dilip kumar Verma against Kalpana Soren.
