ACB action on complaint of illegal extortion!!!Anti Corruption Bureau has hit hard on corruption in Bharatpur on Sunday. The Anti Corruption Bureau team has arrested five guards including a transport inspector. One and a half lakh rupees have also been seized from the transport department vehicle. acb was receiving complaints of illegal extortion at Ludhavai toll plaza in Sewar police station area. On complaint, acb team raided Ludhawai toll plaza. During the action, 5 guards including Transport Inspector Manoj Singhal were caught red handed.The detained accused are being interrogated. According to sources, acb was continuously receiving complaints of illegal recovery from truck drivers at night. Upon verification, the complaint was found to be correct. The acb team laid a trap at the toll plaza and caught the flying squad of the transport department. ACB's major action created a stir. One and a half lakh rupees were also recovered from the transport department vehicle. Till now acb has not disclosed today's action. Truck drivers passing through the highway were fed up of illegal extortion by the flying squad of the Transport Department. Last Saturday, a complaint was lodged twice in acb about the flying squad of the transport department. After verification of the complaint, acb decided to catch the flying squad red handed. Transport inspector, 5 guards and a broker were detained from Ludhawai toll plaza. The acb team is busy interrogating the flying squad of the transport department.
