'Yamraj' arrives to file nomination from this seat…

Dressed as the god of death 'Yamraj' and riding on his favorite vehicle, a buffalo, ram Gaikwad reached the Collectorate on thursday to file his nomination as an independent candidate from Madha lok sabha constituency of Maharashtra.

Nomination filed in 'Yamraj' costume

Dressed in gold and black attire and dhoti, a gleaming golden cap with two protruding curved white horns, and a glittering mace in his hand, ram Gaikwad announced that he would go to parliament to rid the country of corruption, poverty, unemployment, and other evils. Will contest lok sabha elections from Madha.

Ram Gaikwad made this claim

He claimed that he is playing the role of 'Yamraj' to eliminate corruption in the country, ensure the maratha reservation, stop misuse of central investigative agencies by the government against political rivals, and end the politics of breaking political parties. A large number of people gathered to see this unusual scene. More than 100 of his supporters cheered him and raised slogans. He reached the Collector's office riding on a buffalo. The confident Gaekwad took a dangerous look around and then went inside to file his nomination. If his nomination is accepted, 'Yamraj' Gaikwad will data-face sitting mp Ranjitsinh Naik-Nimbalkar of the bharatiya janata party (BJP) and Dhairyasheel Mohite-Patil of the Nationalist congress Party-SP. Patil left bjp last week and joined Sharad Pawar's party.
