The district collector of coimbatore has said that in order to increase the voting percentage in coimbatore district, they are creating awareness about the need to pay more attention and vote in places where the voter registration was low last time.Various awareness programs are being conducted in coimbatore district to emphadata-size 100 percent voter registration. As a part of this, district collector kranthi kumar launched a signature drive to ensure hundred percent voting in BPG Technical college campus in the Saravanampatti area of Coimbatore.

Earlier, he saw more than a thousand students marching in the shape of the election commission logo and Vote for 100. Following this, voting was the duty of every citizen and the students took a pledge.
