Former chief minister of bihar Lalu prasad Yadav has suffered a big shock. Amidst the preparations for the lok sabha elections 2024, the MP/MLA court in gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, bihar has issued an arrest warrant against Lalu prasad Yadav. gwalior court has issued this warrant in the case of the Arms Act.

For information, let us tell you that in the years 1995 and 1997, a warrant for the arrest of former cm Lalu prasad Yadav was issued in the case of supply of arms by preparing fake Form No. 16 (which is issued for arms dealers). The fraud here was committed between 23 august 1995 and 15 May 1997.

Weapons and cartridges were purchased from a total of three firms. Names of 23 accused including Lalu prasad Yadav are included in this case. Of these, the trial is going on against 6, two have died, while 14 are absconding. The police had filed the charge sheet in this case in July 1998. In april 1998, the police prepared the absconding panchnama of Lalu prasad Yadav's son Kundrika Singh, whereas the name of the father of former bihar cm Lalu prasad Yadav is Kundan Rai. In such a situation, this matter has come to gwalior MP-MLA court, because Lalu prasad Yadav's name is associated with it. Overall, Lalu Yadav has received a big blow from the MPMLA court of Gwalior.
