Nomination for the second phase in mp starts today…


The nomination process is going on for 29 lok sabha seats of Madhya Pradesh. 153 nomination forms have come for the first phase, these nomination forms are being scrutinized on Thursday. The nomination process for the second phase has started. The nomination process was going on for 6 parliamentary seats of mp, which ended on Wednesday. 113 candidates have submitted 153 nominations for the first phase. On the last day on wednesday (27 March), 64 candidates filed 89 nominations. These nomination forms are being scrutinized on thursday, while names can be withdrawn till march 30. Voting for the first phase in mp is to be held on april 19.

The nomination process for the second phase has started from thursday itself. In the second phase, elections are to be held on 7 seats, these seats include Tikamgarh, Damoh, Khajuraho, Satna, Rewa, Narmadapuram, and Betul. For this, nomination forms will be submitted till the 4th of april, scrutiny will be done on the 5th of april and withdrawal of nominations will be done by the 8th of april, while voting will take place on 26th of April.


Highest enrollment in Jabalpur

Chief Electoral Officer Anupam Rajan has said that till march 27, 30 nomination papers were submitted by 22 candidates in lok sabha parliamentary constituency no. 11 Sidhi. In lok sabha parliamentary constituency number 12 Shahdol, 14 nomination papers were submitted by 10 candidates. In parliamentary constituency number 13 Jabalpur, 33 nomination papers were filed by 22 candidates, in Mandla, 18 nomination papers were filed by 16 candidates, in lok sabha parliamentary constituency number 15 Balaghat, 27 nomination papers were filed by 19 candidates and in lok sabha parliamentary constituency number 16 Chhindwara, 24 nomination papers were filed. 31 nomination papers were filed. Scrutiny of nomination papers will take place today march 28. After the election schedule was announced, major parties and independent candidates submitted their nominations. Some parties have announced their candidate lists well in advance, while others have announced candidates as the elections progress.
